Ushbu maqolada Farg‘ona vodiysi sharoitida geriatrik yoshdagi bemorlarda o‘pka va ekstrapulmonal silning klinik-epidemiologik xususiyatlari tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot 2020–2025-yillarda qayd etilgan 60 yosh va undan katta bemorlar ma’lumotlari asosida olib borilgan. Tahlil natijalariga ko‘ra, sil holatlarining asosiy qismi 60–69 yosh guruhida uchragan. O‘pka sili orasida infiltrativ shakl ustun bo‘lgan, ekstrapulmonal sil tarkibida esa suyak-bo‘g‘im zararlanishi ko‘proq qayd etilgan. Olingan natijalar keksa yoshdagi bemorlarda silni erta aniqlashda nafaqat o‘pka, balki o‘pkadan tashqari shakllarga ham alohida e’tibor berish zarurligini ko‘rsatadi.References
