Koronar arteriya kasalligi (CAD) jahon miqyosidagi yetakchi sogʻliqni saqlash muammolaridan biri boʻlib, uni sportchilarda erta aniqlash ayniqsa murakkabdir. Muntazam jismoniy mashqlar ishemik xavfni kamaytirsa-da, uzoq muddatli intensiv mashgʻulotlar koronar kalsiy darajasini oshirishi va pilakchalar shakllanishini kuchaytirishi mumkin; bu esa toʻsatdan yuz beradigan yurak hodisalari xavfini oshiradi. Ushbu tadqiqotda sportchilarda CAD ni aniqlash uchun maxsus ishlab chiqilgan, Squeeze-and-Excitation (SE) blokiga ega ResNet18 asosidagi yengil chuqur oʻrganish modeli taqdim etiladi. Model CADICA maʼlumotlar toʻplamida hamda sportchilarga qaratilgan maxsus maʼlumotlar toʻplamida oʻqitildi va sinovdan oʻtkazildi; umumlashtirish qobiliyatini taʼminlash maqsadida ishonchli dastlabki qayta ishlash va kross-validatsiya qoʻllanildi. Natijalar taklif etilgan model 95.9% umumiy to‘g‘rilik (accuracy), 96.0% aniqlik (precision), 95.9% toʻliqlik (recall) va 0.98 egri chiziq ostidagi maydon (AUC-ROC) koʻrsatkichlariga erishganini, shu tariqa DenseNet, EfficientNet, VGG16 va boshqa bazaviy modellardan ustun kelganini koʻrsatadi. Samaradorlikni yuqori diagnostik aniqlik bilan uygʻunlashtirgan holda, ushbu tizim sportchilar salomatligini kuzatish va mobil sogʻliqni saqlash ilovalari uchun istiqbolli vosita boʻlib xizmat qiladi. Mazkur ish moslashuvchan eʼtiborga asoslangan modellarning aniq (presizion) sport tibbiyotini rivojlantirishdagi qimmatini koʻrsatadi va kengroq validatsiya boʻyicha kelgusi yoʻnalishlarni belgilaydi.References
