Maqsad — bolalarda distal okklyuziya, pastki jag‘ retrognatiyasi va yuqori nafas yo‘llari o‘lchamlarining o‘zaro bog‘liqligini mavjud adabiyotlar asosida baholash, differensial diagnostika va muolaja algoritmini taklif etish. Metod sifatida klinik tavsiyalar, tizimli sharhlar hamda meta-tahlillarning narrativ qiyosiy tahlili qo‘llanildi. Natijalar funksional apparatlar qo‘llanganda ayrim faringeal o‘lchamlar ortishi mumkinligini ko‘rsatadi, biroq anatomo-rentgenologik o‘zgarishlar uyqudagi obstruktiv apnoeni davolash samaradorligining isboti hisoblanmaydi. Xulosa sifatida aytish mumkinki, davolash o‘sish bosqichi, skelet va dental omillar, LOR patologiyasi hamda uyqu simptomlari asosida individuallashtirilishi kerak [1–4].References
