Abstract

Maqsad. Autistik spektr buzilishi (RAS) bo‘lgan maktabgacha yoshdagi bolalarda kognitiv funksiyalar buzilishining xususiyatlarini umumlashtirish va mikrotokli refleksoterapiyaning (MTRT) kompleks korreksiyadagi ehtimoliy o‘rnini mavjud dalillar asosida baholash. Usullar. Narrativ adabiyotlar sharhi o‘tkazildi. Ijro funksiyalari, erta intervensiyalar, klinik tavsiyalar, MTRTning RASda qo‘llanilishi va akupunktura bo‘yicha tizimli sharhlar tahlil qilindi. MTRT bo‘yicha bevosita va akupunktura bo‘yicha bilvosita dalillar alohida ko‘rib chiqildi. Natijalar. MTRTning RASdagi samaradorligi haqida ikkita bevosita klinik nashr aniqlandi (2022-yil, 100 nafar bola; 2023-yil). Ularda kompleks davolash fonida nutq, muloqot va o‘rganish ko‘rsatkichlarida ijobiy o‘zgarishlar qayd etilgan. Biroq MTRTning mustaqil hissasini ajratib bo‘lmaydi va kognitiv domenlar standartlashtirilgan neyropsixologik testlar yordamida alohida o‘lchanmagan. Akupunktura bo‘yicha sharhlarda (10 tadan 38 tagacha tadqiqot) ijobiy natijalarga oid belgilar aniqlangan bo‘lsa-da, dalillar sifati past. Cochrane sharhi esa samaradorlikni tasdiqlamagan. Ushbu natijalarni MTRTga bevosita tatbiq etib bo‘lmaydi. M-CHAT-R/F 16–30 oylik bolalar uchun mo‘ljallangan skrining vositasi bo‘lib, 3–5 yoshli bolalarda davolash natijalarini baholashga mo‘ljallanmagan. Xulosa. MTRTni RAS uchun isbotlangan usul sifatida emas, balki standart reabilitatsiyaga qo‘shimcha sifatida o‘rganilayotgan yondashuv deb baholash to‘g‘ri. Kelgusi tadqiqotlarda nazorat guruhi, natijalarni baholovchini tekshiruv guruhlaridan bexabar saqlash, yoshga mos kognitiv va adaptiv baholash vositalaridan foydalanish hamda parallel ravishda olib boriladigan terapiyalarni qayd etish zarur.
