Abstract

Ushbu maqolada arterial gipertenziya va 2-tip qandli diabet patogenezidagi umumiy mexanizmlar, shuningdek, ushbu ikki patologiyaning birgalikda rivojlanishiga ta’sir qiluvchi genetik omillar tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot shuni ko‘rsatdiki, insulin rezistentligi, oksidativ stress, yallig‘lanish jarayonlari va endotelial disfunksiya ushbu kasalliklarning rivojlanishidagi asosiy bog‘lovchi zanjirlardir. Genetik tadqiqotlar natijalariga ko‘ra, angiotenzinogen, endotelial azot oksidi sintetazasi, peroksisoma proliferatori bilan faollashtiriladigan gamma retseptori va interleykin-6 genlarining polimorfizmlari ushbu patologiyalarning birgalikda uchrashishiga muhim hissa qo‘shadi. Klinik kuzatuvlar tana massasi indeksining ortishi, dislipidemiya, mikroalbuminuriya va yallig‘lanish markerlari darajasining oshishi arterial bosimning ko‘tarilishi hamda glikemik nazoratning yomonlashishiga olib kelishini tasdiqladi.
