Abstract

Neyrogen deformatsiyalar markaziy va periferik asab tizimining zararlanishi oqibatida rivojlanib, mushaklar nomutanosibligi, spastiklik, parez va falajlikka olib keladi. Eng ko‘p uchraydiganlari umurtqa pog‘onasi deformatsiyalari (kifoskoliozlar), oyoq panjasi deformatsiyalari (ot panja, valgusli panja), bo‘g‘imlar kontrakturalari, chanoq va son suyaklari deformatsiyalaridir. Bu holatlar bolalarning hayot sifatiga jiddiy ta’sir ko‘rsatadi, ularning funksional imkoniyatlarini cheklaydi va ko‘pincha kompleks jarrohlik aralashuvini talab qiladi.
