Abstract

Kaft suyaklari siniqlari qo‘l panjasi jarohatlarining 20–25% ini tashkil etadi va ortopediya bo‘limlariga travmatologik yordam so‘rab murojaat qilishning eng ko‘p uchraydigan sabablaridan biridir. An’anaga ko‘ra, bunday siniqlar gips bog‘lamlari yordamida konservativ usulda davolangan, biroq bu usul bo‘g‘imlar kontrakturalari (12–18%), turg‘un disfunksiya (8–15%), kosmetik nuqsonlar (6–11%) kabi asoratlarning rivojlanishiga olib kelgan. Suyak usti plastinalari yordamida ochiq osteosintez qilish esa yumshoq to‘qimalarning keng ko‘lamda kesilishi bilan kechib, infeksion asoratlar va chandiqlanish xavfini oshirgan.
