Abstract

Sut bezi saratoni ayollar orasida eng ko‘p uchraydigan onkologik kasalliklardan biri bo‘lib, uni erta aniqlash o‘z vaqtida tashxis qo‘yish va davolashni boshlash uchun muhim ahamiyatga ega. 2022-yilgi GLOBOCAN ma’lumotlariga ko‘ra, dunyoda 2,3 millionga yaqin yangi sut bezi saratoni holati qayd etilgan bo‘lib, ushbu kasallik ayollar orasida eng ko‘p tashxis qilinadigan saraton turi bo‘lib qolmoqda [1,2]. Birlamchi tibbiy-sanitariya yordami muassasalarida skrining tadbirlarini tizimli tashkil etish aholining profilaktik tekshiruvlar bilan qamrovini oshirish hamda shubhali holatlarni keyingi diagnostik bosqichga o‘z vaqtida yo‘naltirish imkonini beradi [3–5]. Birlamchi tibbiy-sanitariya yordami muassasasida 2026-yil yanvar–iyul oylarida amalga oshirilgan onkoskrining natijalarini tahlil qilish, sut bezi saratonining birinchi marta aniqlangan holatlari ulushini baholash va skrining jarayonining amaliy ahamiyatini aniqlash. Tadqiqot retrospektiv tahliliy dizayn asosida olib borildi. 2026-yil yanvar–iyul oylarida poliklinikada skrining tekshiruvlaridan o‘tgan jami 865 nafar fuqaroning tibbiy hujjatlari o‘rganildi. Shundan 560 nafar ayol sut bezi saratonini aniqlashga yo‘naltirilgan onkoskrining tekshiruvlariga jalb qilindi. Ma’lumotlar mutlaq sonlar, foiz nisbatlari va aniqlanish ko‘rsatkichi yordamida tavsifiy statistik usulda tahlil qilindi. Onkoskriningdan o‘tgan 560 nafar ayol orasida sut bezi saratonining (ICD-10: C50) 15 ta birinchi marta aniqlangan holati qayd etildi. Aniqlanish ko‘rsatkichi 2,68% ni tashkil etdi. Onkoskriningning eng yuqori oylik qamrovi mart oyida – 152 nafar (27,14%), eng past ko‘rsatkich esa may oyida – 34 nafar (6,07%) qayd etildi. Iyul oyida 39 nafar ayol tekshiruvdan o‘tkazildi. Aniqlangan 15 nafar bemorning barchasi tashxisni tasdiqlash va keyingi davolash taktikasini belgilash uchun ixtisoslashtirilgan onkologik muassasaga yo‘naltirildi. Birlamchi tibbiy-sanitariya yordami muassasasida onkoskriningni tizimli tashkil etish sut bezi saratonining birinchi marta aniqlangan holatlarini aniqlash va bemorlarni keyingi ixtisoslashtirilgan yordamga o‘z vaqtida yo‘naltirish imkoniyatini kengaytiradi. Skrining qamrovini yil davomida barqaror saqlash, xavf guruhidagi ayollarni faol aniqlash va elektron monitoringni takomillashtirish maqsadga muvofiq.
