##article.abstract##

В статье рассматривается актуальная проблема дентальной имплантации у женщин в
климактерическом периоде, осложненном системным остеопорозом. Снижение уровня эстрогенов в этот
период приводит к нарушению метаболизма костной ткани, снижению её минеральной плотности и изменению
микроархитектоники, что создает определенные риски для первичной стабильности и долгосрочного прогноза
приживаемости имплантов.
